Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these regulations is to define general matters concerning the publication of the journal Nuclear Medicine Technology, which is issued by the Korean Society of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
Article 2 (Journal and Language)
① The Korean name of the journal is 핵의학기술 and the English name is The Korean Journal of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
② The journal will be published in both Korean and English, following the submission guidelines outlined in the journal’s submission regulations.
Article 3 (Publication Schedule)
The journal will be published twice a year, with the publication dates set for May 31 and November 30.
Article 4 (Submission, Publication, and Review)
• All papers submitted to the journal must comply with the research ethics regulations of the Society.
• The decision regarding whether a paper will be published is made by the Editorial Committee through the review process defined in the journal’s review regulations.
• Reviewers will receive a set review fee for their services.
Article 5 (Copyright)
• The copyright for all papers published in the journal and any electronic publications derived from them is owned by the Society.
• Any transfer or leasing of copyright is decided by the Executive Committee of the Society.
Article 6 (Distribution)
• The journal is distributed free of charge to the members of the Society.
• If individuals or organizations who are not members wish to subscribe, the approval and subscription fees are determined by the Executive Committee.
Article 7 (Creation, Interruption, and Cessation of Publication)
If the Society wishes to create a new journal, alter the publication frequency of an existing journal, or cease publication, the Executive Committee will make the final decision.
Supplementary Provisions
Any matters not specified in these regulations are decided by the Executive Committee of the Society.
